These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between the company and its clients MyCollection under a system of distance, the two parties accepting them without reservation. Pursuant to Article L 111-1 of the Consumer Code, the Purchaser may, prior to his order, take note on the site, the essential characteristics of the products they wish to order. Bids submitted by Mycollection.fr are valid while stocks last. The photographs, graphics and descriptions of products offered for sale are indicative only and do not bind the seller.
Price :
The sale prices are quoted in Euro.Les prices include VAT. Prices are guaranteed in the limit of stocks available except changes in the charges, including VAT, unless typographical error or omission. Prices shown do not include postage and packing which will be specified in the user when receiving the delivery. MyCollection reserves the right to change its prices at all the first month but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of the order, subject however to the availability of such products. Products remain the property of MyCollection. until full payment of the price. Methods of payment:
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD The secure payment service of MyCollection is provided by the HSBC through e-transaction. Your bank details are encrypted by the security protocol of e-trading and are sent directly to the bank. At no time and in any case, we do not know your credit card number. Your purchase will be charged immediately or at the end of the month according to the type of card you are using. MyCollection controls all the commands that are stored on its site to protect themselves against fraudsters. As part of these procedures, our services you may request all documents required to unblock your order (proof of address, debit in your name ...). Your purchases are approved individually by our staff.
Shipping:
Deliveries will be made by a carrier selected by you or MyCollection. It will be carried out in a timely indication signal, which can not normally exceed a period of 5 days after taking account of the payment. Delivery times are only indicative and may give rise, from the buyer, or the cancellation of the order or a request for damages in case of delay due to any event. The risks of transportation shall be borne by the customer, who must make when writing a reservation problem at delivery from the carrier. Any complaints as to defects or non-compliance of the product delivered to the product ordered, must be made by email / josue@mycollection.fr within 7 days of receipt of the goods by the buyer. After this period, no claim will be taken into account. MyCollection reserves the right to refuse to replace a damaged during shipping if the customer has not given adequate reserves at the time of delivery to the carrier. By signing the delivery slip, the customer accepts the goods delivered in the state and therefore no claim for damages suffered during transport will be accepted.
